We all know resurces are finite. During scoping and prioritization, we'll estimate the resources, budget, and time frame needed to implement a change. We use those learnings, along with our decades of industry experience, to help clients prioritize trade-offs before moving forward.

Design and Development

Whether creating a new workflow, operating model, or new tool, the design and development phase can be challenging to navigate. We help clients by serving as project managers across various stakeholders. We also facilitate collaboration between subject matter experts and the teams tasked with building solutions.

Implementation

Every successful change management initiative has five basic elements: vision, skills, incentives, resources, and an action plan. Lack of any one of these will lead to false starts and frustration. We lead project management from the beginning of the process to very end, and we never miss a step.

Evaluation

Once we've implemented a new program, we lead a rigorous evaluation process to determine if we accomplished the program’s goals and made the level of impact needed. Evaluation typically continues on a quarterly basis. We’re happy to provide that service, or train your team to perform ongoing evaluation and continuous optimization.
